Chapter 7 - The Hostile Underworld Takeover and the Forced Transfer of Absolute Corporate Power

The formal and legal transfer of absolute corporate power was definitely not a standard administrative proceeding,
it was a raw,
brutal,
and terrifying display of absolute underworld dominance.
Ethan casually reached into the inner pocket of his custom tailored dark Italian suit,
pulling out a thick stack of highly detailed legal documents,
and tossed them aggressively onto the center of the polished wooden table.
"Sign the transfer papers immediately,
Richard,"
Ethan commanded coldly,
his dark and unforgiving eyes locking fiercely onto the trembling and defeated man.
"You will officially sign over every single share of Whitmore Industries to my holding company,
you will completely drain your hidden offshore bank accounts to repay my stolen money,
and you will resign immediately from all of your corporate positions due to sudden and severe health issues."
One of the older and highly respected investors nervously cleared his dry throat,
raising a trembling hand in a pathetic attempt to object to the illegal proceedings.
"You cannot possibly force a hostile takeover like this in broad daylight,
this is a highly regulated and publicly traded corporate entity,"
the foolish investor stammered weakly,
his face completely devoid of any natural color.
One of Ethan's massive bodyguards merely took a single heavy step forward,
the expensive fabric of his dark suit stretching tightly over a clearly visible shoulder holster,
and the terrified investor instantly slumped back down into his leather chair in complete silence.
"I already own the primary regulatory boards,
I own the external corporate auditors,
and as of this exact moment,
I completely own all of you,"
Ethan stated with chilling and absolute certainty,
his voice remaining perfectly calm and dangerously even.
Richard Hale's shaking hands frantically grabbed the expensive gold pen lying on the table,
his terrifying realization that he had absolutely no other choice forcing him into complete and utter submission.
He hastily scribbled his messy signature across every single legal document,
effectively signing away his entire corporate empire,
his massive personal fortune,
and his previously untouchable professional legacy in a matter of agonizing minutes.
I watched the complete destruction of Richard Hale with a mixture of intense shock and strange satisfaction,
knowing that this corrupt and incredibly cruel man was finally facing the severe consequences of his own boundless greed.
When the final page was completely signed,
Ethan smoothly picked up the thick stack of papers,
handing them carefully to one of his silent and imposing guards.
"You are completely finished in this city,
Richard,"
Ethan whispered softly,
leaning down so his face was inches away from the weeping executive.
"You will pack a single small suitcase tonight,
you will leave this state immediately,
and if I ever see your pathetic face in my territory again,
the severe consequences will not be merely financial."
Richard nodded frantically,
May you like
sobbing openly and pitifully in front of his former wealthy peers,
his entire life completely ruined by the quiet man who used to mop his floors.
