Chapter 14 - the night break-in
At midnight, Nola's elite special task force approached the isolated villa under the pouring rain. Nola wore head-to-toe black tactical gear, moving with the terrifying speed and silence of a true ghost.
The security fence was quickly disabled by a military-grade jamming device. Her team skillfully took down two outer perimeter guards with Krav Maga strikes precise to the millimeter, letting not a single sound escape into the night.
Inside the dark villa, Nola found the massive safe cleverly hidden behind an oak wall. With master lock-picking skills honed from years of securing her own corporate assets, she popped open the solid steel door in just three minutes.
Inside was a hard drive containing all the corruption files, bribery lists, and shady contracts of Senator Vance with underground forces. A blood-stained treasure with the power to immediately and permanently destroy his career.
